Having served as an aircraft engineer in the RAF, he transitioned to lead a UK & ROI specialist engineering sourcing and contracting business, scaling it to become the largest in its sector.At Optimal Health, Marc's primary focus is on curating a range of the highest quality, certified, and effective wellness equipment. His commitment extends to overseeing a certified and compliant installation and service operation, ensuring excellence and customer satisfaction.

James’ personal health journey led him to meet Marc and co-found Optimal Health, with a shared passion for advanced wellness solutions. With over 15 years in consumer technology, he founded and led Simba Sleep as CEO to $150m in annual sales, 300,000+ 5* customer reviews, and UK market leadership. Additionally, he has invested in and advised numerous renowned brands like Castore and Townhouse. At Optimal Health, James is dedicated to enhancing consumer solutions through technology, driving innovation that empowers individuals to reach their full potential.

With over 40 years as a sports physical therapist, Pat has extensive experience in recovery and injury prevention. He founded Athletes’ Care Antwerp in 1982 and has worked with top clients including Olympic athletes and professional sports teams. His work focuses on leveraging advanced recovery equipment and therapeutic techniques.

Research AdvisorDr John H Griffiths

John combines diverse expertise in health research, therapy, and business management. As a registered osteopath with forty years of private practice experience, he served as the founding Vice President of the Institute of Osteopathy (formerly the BOA). Formerly a Coordinator of Research and Academic Development at Bangor University, John now directs one of the UK's largest independent multi-disciplinary, multi-site practices.
