UK and Republic of Ireland Orders

1. Free Delivery and Installation:

   • All orders within the UK and the Republic of Ireland (ROI) include free delivery, installation, and onsite training.
   • Once your order has been placed, one of our delivery coordinators will contact you within 12 hours to arrange a suitable delivery and installation date.

2. In-Stock Items:

   • For items that are in stock, delivery and installation are typically completed within 2-5 business days.
   • Smaller stocked items will be shipped using a 2-3 day courier service, ensuring quick delivery across the UK.

3. Out-of-Stock Items:

   • If an item is out of stock, most products will be delivered and installed within 6-8 weeks.
   • Our team will keep you informed of any updates regarding your order status.

4. Processing and Shipping Times:

   • Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within one week.
   • Deliveries within the UK and ROI generally take 1-2 weeks from the date of order, depending on the availability of installation slots.

International Orders

1. Shipping and Processing:

   • International orders are processed and shipped within one week.
   • We use DHL Express for all international shipments to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

2. Delivery Times:

   • International deliveries usually take 2-3 weeks, depending on customs clearance and other factors.
   • Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may apply to international orders.

3. Training and Setup:

   • For international orders, we arrange a video call to provide training and assistance with setup, ensuring you can confidently use your new equipment.

Custom Orders (e.g., F Range Fixed Chambers)

1. Custom-Built Chambers:

   • Our F Range Fixed Chambers are custom-built to your specifications. Once the specification is approved, there is a one-week production lead time.
   • Shipping for custom-built chambers takes approximately 5-6 weeks.

2. Delivery and Installation:

   • A delivery and installation date will be agreed upon during the order confirmation call with one of our customer service advisors.

Additional Information

• Communication: Our delivery coordinator will be in touch within 12 hours of your order to ensure a smooth process for arranging delivery and installation.
• Responsibility: We take care of all aspects of the delivery process within the UK and ROI, including any necessary training to ensure you are comfortable using your new equipment.
